Diagnose problem and give quote on cost of repair.

Remove unnecessary items, defrag hard drive, window updates, check for malware and report any further cost.

Removal of all virus and spyware traces. Includes computer tuneup.

Format hard drive and restore computer back to original state. No data saved.
